Our Love Story
Two best friends shared a passion for life through business. Emmett & Keith, or ‘The Booch Boys’ as we’re often referred to around town, moved to Vancouver Canada in 2014 after finishing our business degrees, yearning for a taste of what the ‘real world’ was like.
🔨 First Venture
Our first venture was ‘Emerald Services’ – a gardening & carpentry gig in Canada.
🥑 Next Up
Next came... ‘Avo Nice Day’ – an avocado-based food stall we set up when we returned home in 2016.
🍹 Then Came Booch
A chance sip of kombucha in a client’s garden in Canada changed everything. Returning home to Ireland in 2016, our thirst for kombucha led us to start brewing our own. Our first batch? Made in Emmett’s kitchen. The response? Electric! We quickly moved from selling booch alongside avocados to launching All About Kombucha.

2018
Growth with Aldi:
Thanks to Aldi’s ‘Grow with Aldi’ programme, we scaled up fast and landed on supermarket shelves nationwide.
Today
Claregalway HQ: Ireland’s only carbon-neutral kombucha brewery with a deadly team of booch lovers. We’re now stocked in 400+ stores, from supermarkets like Dunnes Stores and Supervalu, to cafés, hotels, and offices nationwide.

We’re on a mission to craft the best booch in town while making a positive impact. By supporting Irish businesses, making sustainable choices, and promoting healthier, more joyful living, we keep our kombucha clean, organic, and packed with live cultures for gut health.
We love to party
We have our very own Booch Bar, which we take on the road all across Ireland to festivals and company events, where we help them create more exciting, lively and delicious experiences for their teams.
