• What is the last date to order before Christmas?

The last date to order is Monday 16th December.

• Where is my order I placed last week?

We've received your order and are working hard to get it shipped out before Christmas. As a small team, we're aiming to dispatch and deliver all orders within 5 working days. We ship with An Post and given the busy time of year, please allow a few extra days for delivery. Thanks for your patience!

• I'm placing an order on your website as a gift and would like it to have no branding. Is that possible?

Yes, we can definitely do that! Just leave a note with your order or email us at marketing@allaboutkombucha.ie with your name and order number, and we’ll take care of it for you.

• I just purchased a kit, does my SCOBY need to be refrigerated, and how long do I have before using it?

If you store your SCOBY in the fridge, it will stay perfectly fine until you're ready to use it. However, we don’t recommend leaving it in a warm room, as it will continue to ferment if not kept cold. If you're not refrigerating it, we recommend using your SCOBY within 3 days of its arrival.
