Why this drop is so special

ALL PROFITS TO OUR LADY’S HOSPICE - HAROLD’S CROSS

All profits from this release will be donated to a fundraiser for Our Lady’s Hospice, in memory of Marcus’ father Sean O’Laoire, who was cared for by the fantastic team at the Hospice.

All online sales will also be donated to the good cause so drink up and get donating!

The Collaboration

Chef Marcus O’Laoire worked with us to reimagine kombucha using Sea Buckthorn, a vibrant Irish coastal berry with a bright, citrus-like edge.

Looking for an Irish ingredient that could deliver natural citrus notes, Marcus was drawn to Sea Buckthorn, which grows wild along Ireland's coastline.

He paired this with warming ginger for balance and depth.

The result is a bright, refreshing kombucha built for summer drinking.
